વડોદરાઃ બાબા બાગેશ્વર ધામના ધીરેન્દ્ર શાસ્ત્રી ગુજરાતમાં આવ્યા ત્યારે તેમણે પોતાના ભક્તના ઘરે ભોજન લીધું હતું અને હવે તેઓ વડોદરાથી પરત ફર્યા ત્યારે પણ તેમણે જ ખાધું તેના કારણે બાબાની ચર્ચા થઈ રહી છે. ધીરેન્દ્ર શાસ્રી જ્યારે વડોદરાથી રવાના થતા પહેલા પાણીપુરીનો ટેસ્ટ માણ્યો છે.

 ધીરેન્દ્ર શાસ્ત્રીએ વડોદરામાં પાણીપુરીનો ટેસ્ટ લીધો હતો, લક્ષ્મીનારાયણ રિસોર્ટથી તેઓ આજવા રોડ જઈ રહ્યા હતા ત્યારે અચાનક રસ્તામાં પાણીપુરી ખાવા માટે તેમની કાર રોકી દેવામાં આવી હતી.

 શરુઆતમાં તો તેમની કાર રોકવામાં આવી ત્યારે ભક્તો તેમના દર્શન માટે ઉમટી પડ્યા હતા અને તેમને ખ્યાલ નહોતો કે શા માટે અચાનક તેમનું વાહન રોકવામાં આવ્યું છે. પરંતુ આ પછી તેમને પાણીપુરી ખાતા જોઈને ઘણાં ભક્તોને આશ્ચર્ય થયું હતું.

 આજવા રોડ જતી વખતે ધીરેન્દ્ર શાસ્ત્રીએ રામદેવ ભેળ-પકોડી સેન્ટર પરથી પાણીપુરીનો ટેસ્ટ માણ્યો હતો. જોકે, તેઓ કારમાંથી ઉતર્યા નહોતા પરંતુ અંદર બેઠા-બેઠા જ પાણીપુરી ખાધી હતી.

 વીડિયોમાં દેખાય છે કે ધીરેન્દ્ર શાસ્ત્રી કારમાં બેસીને પાણીપુરી ખાઈ રહ્યા હતા ત્યારે મોટી સંખ્યામાં ભક્તોએ તેમની કાર ઘેરી લીધી હતી.

 લોકો ધીરેન્દ્ર શાસ્ત્રીને જોઈને તેમના તસવીરો અને વીડિયો લેતા પણ નજરે પડ્યા હતા. આ દરમિયાન પોલીસ દ્વારા પણ ભીડ પર નજર રાખવામાં આવી રહી હતી.

 રામદેવ ભેળ-પકોડી સેન્ટરના સંચાલક પ્રતાપભાઈએ બાબાએ પોતાના ત્યાંથી પાણીપુરી ખાધી તેની ખુશી વ્યક્ત કરીને ધન્યતા અનુભવી હતી.

 ધીરેન્દ્ર શાસ્ત્રીના દિવ્ય દરબારનું અમદાવાદ, સુરત, રાજકોટ અને વડોદરામાં આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જોકે, અમદાવાદમાં એક દિવસ વરસાદ નડી ગયો હતો.

 અમદાવાદ: શું તમે ઉત્તર ભારતનું ફેમસ ફૂડ સોયા ચાપનો ટેસ્ટ અમદાવાદમાં માણ્યો છે ખરો? એસ.જી. હાઈવે પર ગોતા ખાતે એક કપલ છેલ્લા બે વર્ષથી એન્જીનિયર ચાપ વાલા નામનું સ્ટોલ ચલાવી રહ્યા છે. અહીં તેઓ ઉત્તર ભારતની ફેમસ સોયા ચાપ ટીક્કા વેચે છે.

 યામિની બત્રા સાથે વાત કરતા જણાવ્યું કે હું દિલ્હીની વતની છું અને મેં બી.એ. માં ગ્રેજ્યુએશન કર્યું છે. મારી પાસે ડોમિનોઝ પિઝા, કોસ્ટા કોફી અને લિટલ સીઝર જેવી ફૂડ ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીમાં 10 વર્ષનો અનુભવ છે. પરંતુ કોરોના મહામારી દરમિયાન અમારી આર્થિક સ્થિતિ ગંભીર બની ગઈ હતી. કોવિડ પછી અમે બિઝનેસમાં કંઈક નવું કરવાનું નક્કી કર્યું હતું. કારણ કે મારી પાસે ફૂડ ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીનો અનુભવ તો હતો જ, એટલે અમે એન્જિનિયર ચાપ વાલા નામનો બિઝનેસ શરૂ કર્યો હતો.

 હાલમાં અમે સોયા ચાપ ટીક્કા, પનીર ટીક્કા, મશરૂમ ટીક્કા, મંચુરિયન ટીક્કા બનાવીએ છીએ. જ્યારે અમે નવો બિઝનેસ શરૂ કર્યો ત્યારે અમારું બાળક 10 મહિનાનું હતું અને અમારા બાળકની સંભાળ રાખવા કે સાચવવાવાળું કોઈ ન હતું. પરંતુ ભગવાનની કૃપાથી અત્યારે અમારો એન્જિનિયર ચાપ વાલા બિઝનેસ સારો ચાલી રહ્યો છે અને લોકોનો પ્રતિસાદ પણ સારો મળી રહ્યો છે.

 જ્યારે ફૂડની વેરાયટીમાં વાત કરીએ તો સોયા ચાપ ટીક્કા, પનીર ટીક્કા, મશરૂમ ટીક્કા, મંચુરિયન ટીક્કામાં બટર ચાપ, પેરી પેરી, આચારી, સ્પાઈસી, અંગારા, હરિયાલી, ચીલી ગાર્લિક, નવાબી વગેરેનો સ્વાદ માણી શકો છે. આ સાથે રેગ્યુલર અને ચીઝ તથા ગ્રેવીમાં પણ ચાપ ટીક્કા મળી રહે છે. જેની કિંમત 130 થી 170 રૂપિયા સુધીની છે.

 મોહિત બત્રા સાથે વાત કરતા જણાવ્યું કે હું મધ્યપ્રદેશ ગ્વાલિયરનો વતની છું. મેં 2010 માં ગ્વાલિયરથી B.E. મિકેનિકલ એન્જિનિયરિંગનો અભ્યાસ કર્યો છે. મારી પાસે એન્જિનિયરિંગમાં 11 વર્ષનો જેમાં ઓટોમોબાઈલમાં 8 વર્ષ અને કન્સલ્ટિંગમાં 3 વર્ષનો અનુભવ છે. કોવિડ દરમિયાન અમારી પરિસ્થિતિ વધુ ખરાબ બની ગઈ હતી. તેથી અમે ફૂડ બિઝનેસ શરૂ કરવાનું નક્કી કર્યું.

 પરંતુ આ માટે મારા પરિવારે આર્થિક સપોર્ટ કર્યો નહીં. તે વખતે મારી પત્નીએ મને પ્રોત્સાહિત કર્યો અને કહ્યું કે હું તમારી સાથે છું. ત્યારબાદ 2021 માં અમે ફૂડ કાર્ટ શરૂ કર્યો. શરૂઆતમાં તો અમે સમયસર ભાડું ચૂકવવા પણ અસમર્થ હતા. હાલમાં અમારી પરિસ્થિતિ સામાન્ય થઈ ગઈ છે અને હવે અમારા પરિવારના લોકો પણ સપોર્ટ કરી રહ્યા છે. અત્યારે હાલમાં અમારે ત્યાં ચાપ ટીક્કાનો સ્વાદ માણવા માટે લોકો દૂર દૂરથી પરિવાર સાથે આવે છે.

Union Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs Nirmala Sitharaman, MoS Dr Bhagwat Kishanrao Karad, MoS Pankaj Chaudhary and senior officials of the Ministry of Finance called on President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan before presenting the Union Budget 2023-24.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday presented the Economic Survey 2022-23, the report card of India’s economy, in Parliament. According to the Economic Survey 2022-23, India’s real GDP growth for the next financial year FY24 is pegged at 6-6.8 per cent.

More than half the households expect a decline in their income the current financial year, as compared to the previous fiscal. Most are looking for a respite in the coming budget as they stare at uncertainty when it comes to their earnings and savings, as per a survey.
