રાજકોટ: રાજકોટ શહેરના નવલ નગર વિસ્તારમાં 31 મે 2018ના રોજ છરી મારી મારુતિ મેવાડા નામના વ્યક્તિની હત્યા કરવામાં આવી હતી. જ્યારે કે સમગ્ર ઘટનામાં લક્ષ્મણભાઈ ઉર્ફે લખન મેવાડાને ઇજા પણ પહોંચી હતી. ત્યારે સમગ્ર ઘટનામાં ડીસ્ટ્રીક જજ આર.ટી.વાછાણી દ્વારા ipc કલમ 302ના ગુનામાં આરોપી કાનજી ઉર્ફેક કાનો ઉર્ફે લાલો ડાવેરાને આજીવન સખત કેદની સજા તેમજ 50,000 રૂપિયાનો દંડ હુકમ સંભળાવવામાં આવ્યો છે.
આરોપીને 10 વર્ષની સજા અને 30 હજારનો દંડ
આ સાથે સાથે ipc ની કલમ 307ના ગુનામાં આરોપીને 10 વર્ષની સજા તેમજ 30 હજાર રૂપિયાનો દંડનો હુકમ સંભળાવવામાં આવ્યો છે. જ્યારે કે આઈપીસીની કલમ 326ના ગુનામાં આરોપીને પાંચ વર્ષની સજા તથા દસ હજાર રૂપિયાનો દંડનો હુકમ સંભળાવવામાં આવ્યો છે. સમગ્ર મામલે એડિશનલ પબ્લિક પ્રોસિક્યુટર તરીકે કમલેશભાઈ ડોડીયા દ્વારા કોર્ટમાં દલીલ કરવામાં આવી હતી કે, 2018 ની સાલમાં માત્ર ઘર પાસે વાહન પાર્ક કરવા જેવી બાબતે થયેલ માથાકૂટમાં આરોપી કાનજી ઉર્ફેક કાનો ઉર્ફે લાલા દ્વારા પોતાના ઘરેથી છરી લાવીને મરણ જનાર મારુતિ મેવાડા તેમજ તેમના ભાઈ લક્ષ્મણ ઉર્ફે લખનને ઈજા પહોંચાડવામાં આવી હતી.

આમ નાની એવી બાબતમાં પણ આરોપી દ્વારા હત્યા જેવું ગુનાહિત કૃત્ય આચરવા માટેની માનસિકતા ધરાવવામાં આવી હતી. ત્યારે સમગ્ર મામલે જે તે સમયે એફએસએલના અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા સ્થળ પરીક્ષણ કરી રિપોર્ટ પણ આપવામાં આવેલ હતો. બનાવ બન્યા બાદ ઇજા પામનારાઓને સૌપ્રથમ દોશી હોસ્પિટલ અને ત્યારબાદ મધુરમ હોસ્પિટલ ખાતે સારવાર લેવામાં આવી હતી.


26 સાહેબોની કોર્ટ સમક્ષ જુબાની લેવાઈ
ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, જે તે સમયે એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ મેજિસ્ટ્રેટ ની હાજરીમાં મરણ જનારનું ડીડી પણ લેવામાં આવ્યું હતું. તેમજ પ્રોસિટ્યુશન તરફથી 26 સાહેબોની જુબાની પણ કોર્ટ સમક્ષ લેવામાં આવી હતી. સમગ્ર મામલે કોર્ટ દ્વારા નવ આરોપીઓ પૈકી આઠ આરોપીઓને નિર્દોષ જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. જ્યારે કે એક આરોપીને તકસીરવાન ઠહેરાવિને સજા સંભળાવવામાં આવી છે.

વાહન પાર્ક કરવા બાબતે થયેલ ઝઘડામાં હત્યા કરનારા આરોપીને થઈ આજીવન કેદની સજા

 ઉત્તર પ્રદેશના તાજનગરીમાં એક અલગ જ મામલો સામે આવ્યો છે. અહીં એક નવી પરણીને આવેલી દુલ્હન પર સાસરિયાના લોકોએ આરોપ લગાવ્યો છે કે, તેને પોતાની સચ્ચાઈ સાબિત કરવા માટે અપમાનિત થવું પડશે. એટલું જ નહીં આ પરીક્ષા આપ્યા બાદ પણ સાસરિયાવાળાઓનું મન ન ભરાયું તો, તેને ઘરમાંથી કાઢી મુકી. ત્યાર બાદથી મહિલા પોતાની જાતને નિર્દોષ બતાવી રહી છે અને ન્યાયની માગને લઈને ભટકી રહી છે. વહુ હાલમાં પોતાના પિયરમાં રહે છે.

 કહેવાય છે કે, સાસરિયાપક્ષે નવી પરણીને આવેલી દુલ્હન પર કિન્નર હોવાનો આરોપ લગાવીને ઘરમાંથી કાઢી મુકી હતી. એટલું જ નહીં ગામની મહિલાઓએ પણ વહુના કપડા ઉતરાવીને તે કિન્નર હોવાની વાત કહી હતી.

 હવે પીડિતા પોતાના પિયરમાં રહેવા મજબૂર બની છે. પીડિતાનો આરોપ છે કે, દહેજની માગ પુરી ન થતાં કિન્નર હોવાનો આરોપ લગાવી દીધો અને ઘરમાંથી કાઢી મુકી હતી.

 હકીકતમાં જોઈએ તો, આ સમગ્ર મામલો ઈરાદતનગરના એક ગામનો છે. ફતેહાબાદના કોટરા ગામની યુવતીના લગ્ન 20 મેના રોજ ઈરાદતનગરના ગામમાં રહેતા યુવક સાથે થયા હતા. પીડિત યુવતીનો આરોપ છે કે, તેની મહેંદીનો રંગ પણ નથી ઉડ્યો અને સાસરિયાપક્ષના લોકોએ દહેજની માગ કરવા લાગ્યા હતા. લગ્નના પાંચ દિવસ બાદ સાસરિયાપક્ષે જ્યારે તેમની માગ અનુસાર દહેજ ન આપ્યો તો, તેમણે કિન્નર હોવાનો આરોપ લગાવીને ઘરમાંથી કાઢી મુકી હતી.

 એટલું જ નહીં સાસરિયામાં મહિલાના કપડા ઉતરાવીને ચેક કર્યું અને બાદમાં કિન્નર હોવાની વાત કહી. પીડિતાએ આરોપ લગાવ્યો છે કે, મને અને મારા પરિવારને જાનથી મારી નાખવાની ધમકી મળી રહી છે. મને કિન્નરોને આપી દેવાની વાત કરે છે. આજે પીડિતાએ એડિશનલ પોલીસ કમિશ્નર કેશવ ચૌધરી સામે ન્યાયની આજીજી કરી છે. સમગ્ર મામલો જાણ્યા બાદ એડિશનલ સીપીના આદેશ પર ફરિયાદ નોંધી લેવામાં આવી છે.

નવી દિલ્હી: શુક્રવાર સાંજે એક ભયાનક સમાચાર આવ્યા હતા. ઓડિશાના બાલાસોરમાં એક મોટો ટ્રેન અકસ્માત થયો હતો. અહીં બહનાગા સ્ટેશન નજીક કોરોમંડલ એક્સપ્રેસ અને માલગાડી વચ્ચે ભયંકર અકસ્માત થયો છે.અકસ્માત એટલો ભયંકર હતો કે, કોરોમંડલ એક્સપ્રેસ પાટા પરથી નીચે ઉતરી ગઈ હતી. કેટલાય લોકો મર્યા હોવાની આશંકા વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવી છે. તો વળી કેટલાય મુસાફરો ટ્રેનના ડબ્બામાં ફસાયા હોવાની વાત સામે આવી છે. હાલમાં આ રુટની તમામ ટ્રેનોને રોકી દેવામાં આવી છે.

આ ઘટના અંગે વડા પ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ શુક્રવારે જણાવ્યું હતું કે તેમણે ઓડિશાના બાલાસોરમાં પરિસ્થિતિની સમીક્ષા કરી છે જ્યાં એક એક્સપ્રેસ ટ્રેન માલગાડી સાથે અથડાઈ હતી જેમાં અનેક લોકોના મોત થયા હતા અને સેંકડો લોકો ઘાયલ થયા હતા. વડાપ્રધાને જણાવ્યું હતું કે દુર્ઘટના સ્થળે બચાવ કામગીરી ચાલી રહી છે અને દુર્ઘટનાથી પ્રભાવિત લોકોને તમામ શક્ય સહાય કરવામાં આવી રહી છે.



PM મોદીએ ટ્વિટ કરીને જણાવ્યું હતું કે હું ઓડિશાની આ દુર્ઘટનાથી વ્યથિત છુ. દુખની આ પળે પીડિત પરિવારો સાથે મારી સંવેદના છે. ઇજાગ્રસ્તો જલ્દી સાજા થાય તેવી તેમણે કામના કરી હતી. તો રેલવે મંત્રી અશ્વિની વૈષ્ણવે ટ્વિટ કરીને મૃતકોને 10 લાખ, ગંભીર રીતે ઇજાગ્રસ્તોને 2 લાખ અને માઇનોર ઇજા માટે 50 હજાર રૂપિયાના વળતરની જાહેરાત કરી હતી.

PM મોદીએ રેલવે મંત્રી અશ્વિની વૈષ્ણવ સાથે પણ પરિસ્થિતિનો તાગ મેળવવા માટે વાત કરી હતી. બચાવ માટે તમામ શક્ય મદદ પહોંચાડવાનો તેમણે વાયદો કર્યો હતો.



દુર્ઘટનામાં ગાડી નંબર 12841 શાલીમાર-ચેન્નઈ કોરોમંડલ એક્સપ્રેસના કેટલાક ડબ્બા બહાનાગા સ્ટેશન નજીક માલગાડી સાથે અથડાઇ હતી. દુર્ઘટનાની જગ્યા પર સર્ચ અને બચાવ અભિયાન માટે ટીમો ઘટનાસ્થળે પહોંચી હતી. તો વળી બાલાસોર કલેક્ટરે પણ તમામ જરુરી વ્યવસ્થા કરવા માટે ઘટનાસ્થળે પહોંચી અને રાજ્યસ્તરથી કોઈ વધારાની મદદની જરુરિયાત હોવા પર એસઆરસીને સૂચના આપી દેવામાં આવી હતી.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday presented the Economic Survey 2022-23, the report card of India’s economy, in Parliament. According to the Economic Survey 2022-23, India’s real GDP growth for the next financial year FY24 is pegged at 6-6.8 per cent.
