ધર્મ ડેસ્ક. સનાતન ધર્મમાં પીપળાના વૃક્ષનું ખૂબ જ મહત્વ હોવાનું માનવામાં આવે છે. શાસ્ત્રોમાં કહેવાયું છે કે પીપળાના ઝાડમાં ત્રિદેવ એટલે કે બ્રહ્મા, વિષ્ણુ અને મહેશનો વાસ હોય છે. પીપળાના મૂળ, ડાળી અને ઉપલા ભાગમાં તેમનો વાસ હોવાનું મનાય છે. કહેવાય છે કે પીપળામાં મૂળમાં બ્રહ્મા, ડાળીઓમાં વિષ્ણુ અને ઉપરના ભાગમાં ભગવાન શંકરનો વાસ છે અને તેથી જ પીપળાના વૃક્ષને દેવતા તરીકે પૂજવામાં આવે છે.

જ્યોતિષશાસ્ત્ર પ્રમાણે, જો તમારા દરેક કામમાં કોઈને કોઈ પ્રકારે બાધા કે વિઘ્ન આવી જતા હોય અને ઘરમાં કંકાસની સ્થિતી તથા ગ્રહદોષ હોય તો તમારે દરરોજ આ ઉપાય કરવો જોઈ. આની માટે તમારે પાણીના લોટામાં કાળા તલ નાખીને અને દરરોજ પીપળાને આપવું જોઈએ. આ ઉપાય નિયમિત કરવાથી ગ્રહ દોષો દૂર થાય છે અને કામમાં આવતા વિધ્નો ટળી જાય છે.

કયા સંજોગોમાં થઈ શકે ફાયદો?
તમારી પાસે કંપનીનો ઓફર લેટર હોય, પરંતુ ઓફિશિયલ લેટર ન હોય તો તમે પગારનું નેગોશિએશન કરી શકો છો. આ સંજોગોમાં કંપનીને તમારી સ્કીલ પસંદ હોવાનું ફલિત થાય છે. જેથી તમને ફાયદો થશે.

પોતાના ફિલ્ડમાં બહોળો અનુભવ ધરાવતા કર્મચારી અને કંપનીને ફાયદો કરાવતા કર્મચારી હંમેશા પ્રથમ પસંદગી હોય છે. જેથી જો તમે તમારી જૂની કંપનીને ફાયદો કરાવ્યો હોય તો નવી કંપનીમાં પગાર ઊંચો માંગી શકો છો.

મોટાભાગની કંપનીઓને પોતાના અને કર્મચારીના વિકાસમાં રસ હોય છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં કંપની તમને જે પગાર ઓફર કરી રહી હોય, તો તમે તેને તરત જ સ્વીકારી લો તો કેટલીક વાર કંપની જોબ ઓફર આપવામાં સંકોચ અનુભવે છે. તે જગ્યા માટે તમે યોગ્ય ન હોવાથી તમે ઓછા પગારમાં પણ કામ કરવા તૈયાર હોવાની છાપ ઉપસે છે.

પગારમાં નેગોશિએશન કરવાનો સૌથી મોટો ફાયદો કરિયર પર પડે છે. નેગોશિએશન થકી તમે સારી ઓફર મેળવી લો તો મનમાં સંતોષ અનુભવાય છે. પરિણામે તમે કંપનીમાં દિલથી કામ કરો છો અને જોબ બદલવાનું વિચારતા નથી. એકંદરે, તમારો અને કંપનીનો બંનેનો ફાયદો થાય છે. બીજી તરફ પગાર ધોરણ ઓછું હોય તે સ્થિતિમાં કર્મચારી ધ્યાન દઈને કામ કરી શકતા નથી.

કઈ રીતે થઈ શકે નુક્શાન?
નોકરી પર સિલેક્ટર થયા બાદ પગાર ઊંચો માંગવાના કેટલાક ગેરફાયદા પણ છે. આમ તો દરેક કર્મચારી ઊંચો પગાર મેળવવાની ઈચ્છા રાખે છે. પણ, જોબ પ્રોફાઈલના પગાર ધોરણના કેટલાક સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ હોય છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં કર્મચારી સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ કરતા વધુ પગાર માંગી લે તો નોકરી ગુમાવી શકે છે. કેટલાક લોકો સેલેરી નેગોશિએશન દરમિયાન જીદે ચડી જાય છે. પરિણામે કર્મચારીનું મન માત્ર પૈસામાં જ હોવાનું કંપનીને લાગે છે. જેથી કંપની અન્ય ઉમેદવાર તરફ નજર દોડાવે છે.

કેટલાક ઉમેદવાર પોતાના ફિલ્ડમાં રહેલા પગાર ધોરણ અંગે જાણ જ હોતી નથી. તેઓ માર્કેટ રિસર્ચ કરતા નથી. જાણકારી ન હોવા છતાં તેઓ વધુ સેલેરી માંગવા લાગે છે. પરિણામે તેમની પ્રોફેશનલ ઇમેજને નુક્શાન થાય છે. ઉમેદવારને તેના ફિલ્ડની કોઈ જાણકારી જ ન હોવાનું કંપનીને લાગે છે



કેટલીક કંપનીઓનો બજેટ ઊંચું હોય છે. જેથી કંપની ઉમેદવારને પહેલા જ ઊંચી સલરી ઓફર કરે છે. આ સેલરી ઉમેદવારની અપેક્ષા કરતાં વધુ હોય છે. જો ઉમેદવારને ઉંચી સલરી ઓફર કરવામાં આવી હોય તો તેણે સેલરી નેગોશિએશન પર ધ્યાન આપવું જોઈએ નહીં. આવું કરવાથી નોકરીની તક ગુમાવી શકે છે.

 કિર્તેશ પટેલ, સુરત: શહેરના સરથાણા વિસ્તારમાં રત્નકલાકારે માતા વિહોણી પુત્રીને સુવડાવી ફાંસો ખાઈ લીધો હતો. મૂળ ભાવનગરના અને અગાઉ લંબેહનુમાન રોડ રેણુકાભવન પાસે રહેતા ધર્મેન્દ્ર વ્રજલાલ રાઠોડ અગાઉ હીરાના કારખાનામાં કામ કરતા હતા. તેમના પત્નીનું અગાઉ અવસાન થઈ ગયું હતું. શનિવારે તેઓ તેમની 6 વર્ષીય દીકરી સાથે વતનથી સુરત આવ્યા હતા અને સારોલી બીઆરટીએસથી વનમાળી જંક્શન બીઆરટીએસ બસ સ્ટેન્ડની વચ્ચે કેનાલની બાજુમાં આંબાના ઝાડ પાસે રાત્રે આશરો લીધો હતો. રાત્રે દીકરીને સુવડાવી દીધા બાદ ધર્મેન્દ્રભાઈએ પોતે આંબાના ઝાડની ડાળી સાથે દોરી વડે ફાંસો ખાધો હતો. જેથી નિરાધાર બનેલી માસૂમ દીકરીની વ્હારે સરથાણા પોલીસ આવી હતી. મહિલા પીએસઆઈ બી.ડી. મારૂ માસુમ દીકરીનું પ્રેમપૂર્વક જતન કરી રહ્યાં છે.

 6 વર્ષની માસુમ દીકરીએ માતા ગુમાવ્યા બાદ પિતાએ આપઘાત કરી લેતા અનાથ બની ગઈ હતી. જેથી સરથાણા પોલીસ પાસે હાલ માસુમ દીકરી છે. આખો દિવસ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનનો સ્ટાફ યશોદા બન્યો હોય તે રીતે બાળકીનું લાલન પાલન કર્યું હતું.

 બાદમાં રાત્રિના સમયે પીએસઆઈ બી.ડી. મારુ બાળકીને પોતાના ઘરે લઈ ગયા હતાં. જ્યાં તેમણે બાળકીને જમાડીને બીજે દિવસે વળી પોતાની સાથે પોલીસ સ્ટેશન લઈ આવ્યાં હતાં. હાલ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનનો સમગ્ર સ્ટાફ બાળકીને કંઈ ઓછું ન આવે તેનું ધ્યાન રાખી રહ્યો છે.

 પોલીસે દીકરીની પૂછપરછ કરતા તેણે તેની માતાનું અગાઉ અવસાન થઈ ગયું હોવાનું તેમજ શનિવારે જ વતનથી સુરત આવ્યા હોવાનું જણાવ્યું હતું. સાથે જ પિતા હીરાના કારખાનામાં કામ કરવા માટે જવાના હોવાનું જણાવ્યું હતું. જોકે, પિતાએ ક્યાં કારણસર આપઘાતનું પગલું ભર્યું તે પોલીસ જાણી શકી ન હતી.

 ધર્મેન્દ્રભાઈ પાસે એક ડાયરી મળી આવી હતી. જેમાં તેમણે 'હું મારી રીતે જાઉ છુ, કોઈનો વાંક નથી. કોઈને હેરાન કરતા નહી,' તેવી સ્યુસાઈડ નોટ લખી હતી. બનાવ અંગે સરથાણા પોલીસે વધુ તપાસ હાથ ધરી છે.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday presented the Economic Survey 2022-23, the report card of India’s economy, in Parliament. According to the Economic Survey 2022-23, India’s real GDP growth for the next financial year FY24 is pegged at 6-6.8 per cent.
