નવી દિલ્હીઃ ગુરુવારે સતત ચોથા કારોબારી દિવસે સોના-ચાંદીમાં ઘટાડો રહ્યા બાદ આજે અચાનક ઉછાળો જોવા મળ્યો હતો. આજે સોનું 60,000ની ઉપર ટ્રેડ થઈ રહ્યું છે જ્યારે ચાંદી 72 હજાર ઉપર ટ્રેડ થઈ રહ્યું છે. આજે સવારે 10.40 વાગ્યે એમસીએક્સ પર ઓગસ્ટના વાયદાનું સોનું 0.10 ટકાના ઉછાળા સાથે 60,295 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ 10 ગ્રામ લેખે ટ્રેડ કરી રહ્યું છે, બીજી તરફ જૂલાઈના વાયદાનું ચાંદી 0.21 ટકાના વધારા સાથે 72,744 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ કિલોગ્રામ લેખે ટ્રેડ કરી રહ્યું હતું. સોના-ચાંદીમાં વૈશ્વિક સ્તરે ઉછાળો જોવા મળ્યા બાદ સ્થાનિક સ્તરે પણ આ જ સ્થિતિ જોવા મળી રહી છે. અહીં મહત્વનું છે કે નવા આર્થિક વર્ષમાં સોનાએ છેલ્લા 4 મહિનાની અંદર બે વાર નવી નવી રેકોર્ડ સપાટીને સ્પર્શીને તેની નવી રેકોર્ડ મત 61,552 રુપિયાના સ્તરે (Gold record price) બનાવી છે.

આજે સવારે 10.40 વાગ્યે એમસીએક્સ પર ઓગસ્ટના વાયદાનું સોનું 0.10 ટકાના ઉછાળા સાથે 60,295 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ 10 ગ્રામ લેખે ટ્રેડ કરી રહ્યું છે, બીજી તરફ જૂલાઈના વાયદાનું ચાંદી 0.21 ટકાના વધારા સાથે 72,744 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ કિલોગ્રામ લેખે ટ્રેડ કરી રહ્યું હતું.

સોનાની રેકોર્ડ કિંમત (Gold Record Price)
ઓગસ્ટ 2020 બાદ લગભગ અઢી વર્ષ પછી 2 ફેબ્રુઆરીના રોજ સોનાએ 58 હજારની સપાટી પાર કરી અને 58,660 રુપિયાની ટોચે પહોંચીને નવો રેકોર્ડ બનાવ્યો હતો. જોકે ત્યારબાદ સતત દોઢ-બે મહિને સોનું નવી નવી રેકોર્ડ કિંમતની સપાટી બનાવી રહ્યું છે. તેવામાં આજે એટલે કે 5 મે 2023ના રોજ સોના ફરી અસામાન્ય રીતે ઉછળીને પોતાની નવી રેકોર્ડ કિંમત બનાવી છે. MCX પર નોંધાયેલ આ નવી રેકોર્ડ કિંમત મુજબ એક તોલા સોનું 61,552 રુપિયા પર ટ્રેડ થયું હતું.

સોનાની શુદ્ધતાના માપદંડ
24 કેરેટ સોનાના આભૂષણોમાં 999 લખ્યું હોય છે, જ્યારે 23 કેરેટ સોના પર 958, 22 કેરેટ પર 916, 21 કેરેટ પર 875 અને 18 કેરેટ શુદ્ધ સોના પર 750 લખ્યું હોય છે. 24 કેરેટ સોનું લગભગ 99.9% શુદ્ધ હોય છે જ્યારે 22 કેરોટ સોનું 91 ટકા શુદ્ધ હોય છે. 22 કેરેટ સોનામાં અન્ય ધાતું જેવી કે તાંબુ, ચાંદી અને જિંક ભેળવીને આભૂષણો તૈયાર કરવામાં આવે છે. સામાન્ય રીતે 24 કેરેટ શુદ્ધ સોનાના આભૂષણો નથી બનતા. આ તમામ આભૂષણો પર કેરેટ પ્રમાણે હોલમાર્કિંગ થાય છે.

'BIS Care app' મારફતે ગ્રાહકો સોનાની શુદ્ધતાની ચકાસણી કરી શકે છે. આ એપ્લિકેશન મારફતે સોનાની શુદ્ધતા ઉપરાંત અન્ય અનેક માહિતી મેળવી શકાય છે. આ એપ મારફતે ફરિયાદ પણ કરી શકાય છે. આ એપમાં જો સામાનનું લાઇસન્સ, રજિસ્ટ્રેશન અને હોલમાર્ક નંબર ખોટો હોય તો ગ્રાહકો તાત્કાલિક તેની ફરિયાદ કરી શકે છે. આ એપ મારફતે ફરિયાદ દાખલ થયાની માહિતી પણ ગ્રાહકને ફટાફટ મળી જાય છે.

 વિભુ પટેલ, અમદાવાદઃ ગુજરાતમાં આગામી 4 દિવસ સુધી રાજ્યનું હવામાન સૂકું રહેવાની સંભાવના હવામાન વિભાગ દ્વારા વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવી છે, આ સિવાય  આગામી 4 દિવસમાં ગુજરાતમાં અમુક વિસ્તારમાં મિનિ વાવાઝોડાનો અહેસાસ થઈ શકે છે. હવામાન વિભાગ દ્વારા આગામી દિવસો માટે કેટલીક મહત્વની આગાહી કરવામાં આવી છે. ચોમાસાની શરુઆત પહેલા રાજ્યના વાતાવરણમાં પલટો આવી રહ્યો છે.  ગુજરાતમાં વાતાવરણમાં વારંવાર પલટો આવી રહ્યો છે. જો કે ઉનાળાની શરુઆતથી વાતાવરણમાં ફેરફાર જોવા મળી રહ્યા છે. ચાલુ વર્ષે હવામાનની વિશિષ્ટ્ર સ્થિતિ જોવા મળી છે. ગુજરાતમાં પ્રિ-મોનસુન એક્ટિવિટી થઈ રહી છે. ચોમાસાના આગમના હવે ગણતરીના દિવસો બાકી રહ્યા છે ત્યારે વેસ્ટર્ન ડિસ્ટર્બન્સ કે થંડર સ્ટ્રોમના કારણે વારંવાર વરસાદ થાય છે અને ભારે પવન ફૂકાય છે.

 હવામાન વિભાગ દ્વારા આગાહી કરવામાં આવી છે કે આગામી 4 દિવસમાં ઉતર ગુજરાતના બનાસકાંઠા, સાબરકાંઠા, પાટણ, મહેસાણામાં 30થી 40 કિલોમીટર પ્રતિકલાકની ઝડપે પવન ફૂકાશે અને સામાન્યથી મધ્યમ વરસાદ થઈ શકે છે. જ્યારે દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતના કેટલાક વિસ્તારમાં વરસાદ થવાની શક્યતાઓ છે. સૌરાષ્ટ્ર-કચ્છ સહિત અનેક વિસ્તારમાં ભારે પવન ફૂકાવાની સંભાવના વ્યક્ત કરાઈ રહી છે. 

 2 જૂન એટલે કે આજે બનાસકાંઠા અને સાબરકાંઠામાં 30થી 40 કિલોમીટરની ઝડપે પવન ફૂકાવાની શક્યતાઓ હવામાન વિભાગ દ્વારા વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવી છે. આ સિવાય સૌરાષ્ટ્ર-કચ્છ અને ગુજરાતના બાકી કેટલાક ભાગોમાં પણ 30થી 40 કિલોમીટરની ઝડપે પવન ફૂકાશે, ક્યારે પવનની ગતિ 50 કિલોમીટર પ્રતિકલાકની ઝડપ પણ પકડી શકે છે તેવી શક્યતાઓ વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવી છે. 

 3 જૂને બનાસકાંઠા, સાબરકાંઠા, સુરત વલસાડ, નવસારી, 30થી 40 કિલોમીટરની ઝડપે પવન ફૂકાશે. તેમજ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર-કચ્છ અને ગુજરાતના બાકી કેટલાક ભાગોમાં પણ 30થી 40 કિલોમીટરની ઝડપે પવન ફૂકાઈ શકે છે અને તેની ગતિ 50kmph સુધી પણ જવાની શક્યતાઓ છે.

 4 જૂને સૌરાષ્ટ્ર કચ્છ અને ગુજરાતના કેટલાક ભાગોમાં 30થી 40 કિલોમીટર પ્રતિકલાકની ઝડપે પવન ફૂકાશે અને 50kmph સુધી પણ પવન ફૂંકાવાની શક્યતાઓ છે. જ્યારે 5 જૂને બનાસકાંઠા, સાબરકાંઠા, પાટણ, મહેસાણા થંડરસ્ટોર્મ એક્ટિવિટી થશે અને 30થી 40 કિલોમીટરની ઝડપે પવન ફૂંકાશે

 અમદાવાદ હવામાન કેન્દ્રના ડિરેક્ટર ડૉ. મનોરમા મોહંતીએ ગુરુવારે રાજ્યના 5 દિવસના હવામાન અંગે આગાહી કરી હતી, જેમાં તેમણે હવામાન સૂકું રહેવાની સંભાવનાઓ વ્યક્ત કરી હતી. જોકે, ક્યાંક લોકલ કન્વેક્ટિવિટીના કારણે વરસાદ થવાની સંભાવના વ્યક્ત કરી છે. બનાસકાંઠા, સાબરકાંઠા અને કચ્છમાં થંડર ક્લાઉડ બનવાની સંભાવનાઓ છે. આ સિવાય પણ કેટલાક ભાગમાં લોકલ કન્વેક્ટિવિટીના કારણે વરસાદ થવાની શક્યતાઓ છે.

Vastu Tips: હિંદુ ધર્મની માન્યતાઓમાં પીપળાનું વૃક્ષ ખૂબ જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ કહેવાય છે. પીપળાના વૃક્ષની પૂજા કરવાથી અનેક પરેશાનીઓ દૂર થાય છે. એવું માનવામાં આવે છે કે પીપળાના ઝાડ પર અનેક દેવી-દેવતાઓનો વાસ છે. જ્યોતિષમાં પણ પીપળાના વૃક્ષનું મહત્વ સમજાવવામાં આવ્યું છે. હિંદુ ધર્મના લોકો પીપળાના વૃક્ષની પૂજા નિયમો અને નિયમો અનુસાર કરે છે. તેને કાપવું અશુભ માનવામાં આવે છે. પરંતુ ઘરમાં અથવા ઘરની સામે પીપળાનું વૃક્ષ લગાવવું શુભ માનવામાં આવતું નથી. આવી સ્થિતિમાં જો ઘરની સામે પીપળનું ઝાડ ઉગે તો શું કરવું જોઈએ. ભોપાલ સ્થિત જ્યોતિષી અને પંડિત હિતેન્દ્ર કુમાર શર્માના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર અમે તમને જણાવીએ છીએ કે જો તમારા ઘરમાં પણ પીપળાનું ઝાડ ઉગે તો શું કરવું જોઈએ.

1. બીજી જગ્યાએ લગાવોઃ ઘરમાં પીપળાનું ઝાડ ઉગાડવું અશુભ માનવામાં આવે છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં, જો તમારા ઘરમાં પણ પીપળાનું ઝાડ ઉગ્યું છે, તો તેને થોડું વધવા દો. આ પછી જ તેને માટીની સાથે ખોદીને બીજી કોઈ જગ્યાએ રોપવું જોઈએ. આમ કરવાથી પીપળાનું ઝાડ પણ નાશ પામશે નહીં અને તે બીજી જગ્યાએ સારી રીતે ઉગી શકશે.

2. પૂજા પછી તેને કાપી નાખોઃ જ્યોતિષ શાસ્ત્ર અનુસાર ઘરમાં પીપળાનું ઝાડ અથવા તેની છાયા હોવી પણ અશુભ માનવામાં આવે છે. તેનાથી ઘરના સભ્યોની પ્રગતિમાં અવરોધ આવે છે. ઘરમાં આર્થિક સંકટનો સામનો કરવો પડી શકે છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં જો ઘરમાં પણ પીપળાનું ઝાડ ઉગ્યું હોય તો રવિવારે તમે પીપળાના વૃક્ષની પૂજા કરી તેને કાપી લો.

3. 45 દિવસ સુધી પૂજા કરોઃ જો પીપળાનું ઝાડ એક જ જગ્યાએ વારંવાર ઉગતું હોય તો તમારે તે પીપળાના છોડની 45 દિવસ સુધી પૂજા કરવી જોઈએ. પૂજા સમયે તેના પર કાચું દૂધ ચઢાવતા રહો. 45 દિવસ પછી પીપળાના છોડને તેના મૂળ સહિત જડમૂળથી ઉખાડીને બીજી જગ્યાએ રોપવા જોઈએ. આ વૃક્ષનું રક્ષણ પણ કરશે.

4. મંદિરમાં રાખો: જો તમારા ઘરની પૂર્વ દિશામાં પીપળાનું ઝાડ લગાવવામાં આવે તો તેનાથી ઘરમાં દરિદ્રતા આવે છે. આ માટે તમારે પીપળના વૃક્ષની વિધિ-વિધાન પ્રમાણે પૂજા કરવી જોઈએ અને તેને કાપીને લેવી જોઈએ. જો પીપળાનો છોડ નાનો હોય તો તમે તેને વાસણમાં લગાવી શકો છો અને તેને મંદિરમાં રાખી શકો છો અથવા તેને બીજે ક્યાંક લગાવી શકો છો.

સુરત : 2 જૂન આંતર રાષ્ટ્રીય સેક્સ વર્કર ડે તરીકે ઉજવામાં આવે છે.  મોટે ભાગે આર્થિક સંકળામણના કારણે દેહવ્યાપારમાં જોડાનાર મહિલાઓ ધીરે ધીરે અન્ય વ્યવસાય કરીને તેમની લાઈન છોડી રહી છે. સુરતમાં પણ એવી ગણિકા બહેનો છે. જે દારૂડિયા પતિ, નાની ઉંમરે લગ્ન બાદ છૂટાછેડા અને બાળકોના ભરણપોષણ કે ભણતરને લઈને વ્યવસાય સાથે જોડાઈ હતી. જો કે હવે તેઓએ બ્યુટી પાર્લર ચલાવીને અને સીવણ કામ કરીને દેહવ્યાપારના ધંધાને ગુડ બાય કહી દીધો છે.

કોરોનાને કારણે અનેક ઘરના ચિરાગ બુઝાયા છે પરંતુકોરોનાકાળ ગણિકા બહેનો માટે પરિવર્તકકાળ જરૂર થી બન્યો છે. આમ તો ગણિકા બહેનોના પુનર્વસન માટે પારસ પીએસએમ, યુનિટ-2-3, સહયોગ અને એકતા મહિલા મંડળ, લોક વિકાસ સંસ્થા જેવી સંસ્થાઓ કાર્યરત છે. જે અંતર્ગત આ બહેનોને આજીવિકા મેળવવા માટે વિવિધ ટ્રેનિંગ પણ આપવામાં આવી રહી છે. જેથી તેઓ દેહવ્યાપારની લાઈન છોડીને અન્ય વ્યવસાય કરીને પરિવાર પ્રત્યે જવાબદારી નીભાવી રહી છે. અગત્યની વાત એ છે કે ગ્રેજ્યુએટ થયેલ યુવતીઓને પણ મજબૂરીવશ તે કામ કરવું પડ્યું હતું. જો કે સદનસીબે કેટલીક આવી બહેનોએ આ લાઇનને હંમેશા માટે અલવિદા કહી છે.



કેસ 1 : બે બાળકોના મોત બાદ પતિ ડિપ્રેશનમાં જતા માથે 85 હજારનું દેવું થયું

આ અંગે વિશાખાબેહેને(નામ બદલ્યુ છે) જણાવ્યું હતું કે , હું મૂળ મહારાષ્ટ્રની છું અને વર્ષ 2002માં થી ડીંડોલીમાં રહુ છું. મેં પીટીસી કર્યુ છે અને લગ્નબાદ શિક્ષિકાની નોકરી કરતી હતી અને ટ્યુશન ક્લાસ પણ કરાવતી હતી. દર મહિને રૂ.3000ની આવક મેળવતી હતી. જોકે ડિલિવરી બાદ મારા બે બાળકો મૃત્યુ પામ્યા અને મારા પતિ ડિપ્રેશનમાં જતા રહ્યા હતા. એટલું જ નહીં દારૂ અને ગાંજાના વ્યસની બની ગયા હતા. આવક બિલકુલ ન હતી. તેની સામે છ મહિના પતિની સારવાર કરાવી હતી અને ત્યારે મારા માથે 85 હજારનું દેવું થઈ ગયુ હતું. પતિ ઘરમાં તોડફોડ કરતા હોવાથી સાસરામાંથી પણ અમને કાઢી મુકાયા હતા. મારી એક આશા વર્કર મિત્રએ મને પણ આ કામમાં જોડાવા કહ્યું હતું જો કે તે દરમિયાન મેં ના પાડી હતી. પરંતુ એ યુવક સાથે મને લગાવ થતાં હું તેને મળતી રહી પરંતું તે દગાખોર નીકળ્યો અને બાદમાં એક મહિલાએ મને બ્રેઈનવોશ કરીને દેહવ્યાપારમાં જોડાવા માટે દબાણ કર્યું હતું. મને સંસ્થામાં ઘર જેવો માહોલ મળ્યો હતો. જો કે મેં એ વ્યવસાય છોડી દીધો છે અને ડ્રેસ સીવીને ઘર ચલાવું છું.

કેસ 2 : પતિ દારૂ પીતો હોવાથી ઘરમાં પૈસા રહેતા જ ન હતા અને બે બાળકોનું પેટ ભરવાનું હતું

આ અંગે કિંજલબહેને (નામ બ્દલ્યું છે) જણાવ્યું હતું કે, હું મૂળ ઉત્તર પ્રદેશની રહેવાસી છું અને લગ્ન બાદ વર્ષ 2002 માં સુરત આવી હતી. વતનમાં હું નાના બાળકોને ટ્યુશન ક્લાસિસ કરાવતી હતી. અહીંયા પતિ દારૂ પીતો હોવાને કારણે ઘરમાં આવક રહેતી ન હતી. મેં મારી મિત્રને ઉધાર પૈસા અપાવવાની માંગણી કરી હતી . જોકે મારી પાસે આવકનો અન્ય સ્ત્રોત ન હોવાથી તેણે ના પાડી મને દેહવ્યાપારનું કામ કરવા જણાવ્યું હતું. પરિસ્થિતિને વશ થઈને બે બાળકો માટે મેં આ કામ શરૂ કર્યું અને એકવાર એક પોલીસ અધિકારીએ મને આપેલી ધમકીને કારણે મેં લાઈન છોડવાનું નક્કી કર્યું હતું. જેથી 5 વર્ષ પહેલા મેં લાઈન છોડી દીધી છે અને હાલ ડીંડોલીમાં પાર્લર ચલાવું છું. પ્રતિમાસ 15 થી 20 હજારની કમાણી કરું છું. આજે પણ રૂ.5000 ના ભાડાના મકાનમાં રહું છું.

માંકડથી છૂટકારો મેળવવા માટે તમે કોઈ બાઉલમાં બે ચમચી બેસિક પાઉડર લો. પછી તેમાં એક ચમચી મીઠું, બે ચમચી લાલ મરચું અને બે ચમચી વોશિંગ પાવડર મિક્સ કરો. હવે તેમાં થોડું પાણી મિક્સ કરીને તેને ઘટ્ટ પેસ્ટ બનાવીને તૈયાર કરી લો.

હવે હાથમાં મોજા પહેરો અને આ પેસ્ટની નાની-નાની ગોળી બનાવી લો. પછી આ ગોળીઓને થોડીવાર હવામાં રાખીને સુકવી લો અને ગોળીઓને ફર્નિચરમાં રાખી દો. તેનાથી અમુક જ સમયમાં માંકડ ભાગી જશે. આ વાતનું ધ્યાન રાખો કે આ ગોળીઓ બાળકોથી દૂર રહે.

ઘરનાં ફર્નિચર, પુસ્તકો, બારીઓ અને દરવાજામાં ઘણીવાર ઈંધોઈ આવી જાય છે. જે ઘણીવાર જમીન અને દીવાલોમાં પણ પોતાનું ઘર બનાવી દે છે. જેના કારણે ફક્ત ફર્નિચર જ નહીં પરંતુ, દીવાલ પણ પોલી થઈ જાય છે. એવામાં તેનાથી છુટકારો મેળવવા માટે કોઈ જૂના વાસણમાં મોટી ચમચી વોશિંગ પાવડરમાં બે મોટી ચમચી બોરિક પાવડર, બે ચમચી લાલ મરચું પાવડર અને એક ચમચી મીઠું મિક્સ કરી લો. હવે તેમાં પાણી એડ કરો અને તેનું પાતળું ઘોળ બનાવીને કોઈ સ્પ્રે બોટલમાં ભરી લો.



ત્યારબાદ આ મિક્સરને ઈંધોઈવાળી જગ્યાએ સ્પ્રે કરી લો. તેનાથી ઉધઈ તમારા ઘરનો રસ્તો ભૂલી જશે. ઉધઈ તમારા ઘર તરફ બીજીવાર નહીં આવે. તેના માટે તમારે પંદરથી વીસ દિવસમાં આ મિક્સરને ઘરમાં સ્પ્રે કરતાં રહો. પરંતુ, આ મિક્સરને બાળકો અને પાળતું જાનવરોથી દૂર રાખો.
