કુદરતી આપત્તિઓ માનવ જીવન માટે ખતરા રૂપ સાબિત થઈ પડી છે. જેમાં ગ્લોબલ વોર્મિંગ જેવી ગંભીર સ્થિતિના કારણે અનિચ્છનીય વાતાવરણના ફેરફારો અને વાવાઝોડાઓ આવવાની શક્યતાઓ વધી રહી છે. ત્યારે તંત્ર આગમચેતીના ભાગે આગળ વધી રહ્યું છે. નવસારી જિલ્લાના કૃષ્ણપુર ગામને કુદરતી આપત્તિ થી બચાવવા માટે ડિઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ એ ગુજરાતનું પહેલું ડિઝાસ્ટર મલ્ટી પર્પઝ સેન્ટર હોમ બનાવ્યું છે.



કૃષ્ણપુર ગામમાં ફરી વળે છે દરિયાનું પાણી

ત્યારે અહી દરિયા કાંઠે આવેલા તમામ ગામોમાં જ્યારે આવી કોઈ કુદરતી અફાત આવે ત્યારે અહી બનાવવામાં આવેલા ત્યારે નવસારીનું કૃષ્ણપુર ગામ ચારે બાજુ દરિયાકાંઠા ગામ છે જેના અસ્તિત્વ સામે સવાલો ઊભા થઈ રહ્યા છે.

ગ્લોબલ વોર્મિંગની ગંભીર પરિસ્થિતિ એ માનવ જીવન સામે ખતરાઓ ઉભા કર્યા છે. નવસારી જિલ્લાનું એકમાત્ર ગંભીર સ્થિતિમાં મુકાયેલા કૃષ્ણપુર ગામને બચાવવા માટે તબે વર્ષ પહેલાં તંત્ર દ્વારા કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકારની ગ્રાન્ટ માંથી મલ્ટી પર્પજ ડિઝાસ્ટર સેન્ટર શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે જે કૃષ્ણપુર ગામના લોકોના અસ્તિત્વને બચાવવા માટે મહત્વની ભૂમિકા ભજવી રહ્યું છે. ખાસ કરીને ચારે બાજુથી દરિયો અને તમામ ભરતીના પાણી કૃષ્ણપુર ગામમાં પ્રવેશી જતા હોય છે. અહીં સંરક્ષણ વોલ પણ ગામને રક્ષણ આપી શકે તેવી સ્થિતિમાં નથી તેવા સમયે ગુજરાતનું પ્રથમ બનેલું ડિઝાસ્ટર સેન્ટર ગામના લોકો માટે મહત્વનું બની ગયું છે.

 ડાંગ : હવામાન વિભાગ દ્વારા આગામી પાંચ દિવસ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર સહિત દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતમાં ગાજવીજ સાથે વરસાદની આગાહી કરવામાં આવી છે. ત્યારે અરબી સમુદ્રમાં સર્જાયેલા ચક્રવાત બિપરજોયને લઈને આજથી દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત અને સૌરાષ્ટ્રમાં પાંચ દિવસ વરસાદની આગાહી કરવામાં આવી છે.

 ત્યારે ડાંગ જિલ્લાની વાત કરીએ તો ડાંગ જિલ્લામાં ભારે પવન સાથે વરસાદ શરૂ થયો છે. ત્યારે પ્રથમ વરસાદ ડાંગ જિલ્લામાં છે પડ્યો છે ત્યારે જિલ્લાના મુખ્ય મથક આવા સહિત સમગ્ર વિસ્તારમાં વરસાદી માહોલ જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે. જેને લઈને નાના ભૂલકાઓ વરસતા વરસાદની મજા માણતા જોવા મળ્યા હતા. ત્યારે બીજી તરફ ગરમીથી શેકાતા અબાલવૃદ્ધ સૌએ હાસ્કારો મેળવ્યો હતો

 આમ તો બિપરજોય વાવાઝોડાની અસર ડાંગ જિલ્લામાં જોવા મળી હતી. સાથે જ ડાંગ જિલ્લામાં ભારે પવન ફૂંકાયો હતો અને વાતાવરણમાં ઠંડક પ્રસરી હતી.

 દરિયાથી 150 કિલોમીટર દૂર  આવેલા વાવાઝોડાના કારણે ડાંગમાં યોજા યેલા લગ્ન પ્રસંગમાં વરસાદ વિઘ્ન બન્યો છે. તો જિલ્લામાં કડાકા ભડાકા સાથે વીજ પડતા એક બળદનું મોત થયું હતું.

 હાલ ચાલી રહેલી લગ્ન સિઝનની સીઝનમાં ભારે પવન અને વીજળીના કડાકા સાથે અણધાર્યો વરસાદ વરસતા લગ્ન આયોજકોની મહેનત પર પાણી ફરી વળ્યું છે. તો બીજી તરફ વરવધુને ભીના કપડે ફેરા ફરવાની નોબત આવી છે. જેથી એક તરફ ગરમીથી રાહત તો બીજી તરફ અણધારી આફત સાબિત થઈ છે.

Speaking to DD after Budget 2023, FM Nirmala Sitharaman said, "Old  regime of taxation is complicated and the new regime will be helpful and benefit the people.
