સુરત: શહેરની નવી સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ આ વખતે વિવાદ નહીં પણ ચર્ચામાં આવી છે. કારણ કે દિવ્યાંગ અને શારીરિક રીતે નબળા બાળકો માટે ડીઇઆઇસી કેન્દ્રની શરૂઆત કરવામાં આવી છે. આ કેન્દ્રમાં ખાસ કરીને સાઉથ ગુજરાત સહિત અલગ અલગ રાજ્યોમાંથી પણ માનસિક વિકલાંગ બાળકો સારવાર માટે આવતા હોય છે. માનસિક રીતે બદલાવ આવે અને એન્ડ ડેવલેપમેન્ટ થાય તે માટે પ્રથમ વખત એક કુત્રિમ ગાર્ડન બનાવવામાં આવ્યો છે.

દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતની સૌથી મોટી હોસ્પિટલ એટલે કે નવી સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ અનેક વિવાદોમાં આવતી હોય છે અને જેને લઈને તે ચર્ચામાં રહેતી હોય છે પણ આ વખતે ચર્ચામાં આવવા પાછળનું કારણ બીજું છે. અલગ અલગ રોગોના દર્દીઓ સારવાર લેવા આવતા હોય છે તેવામાં નવી સુવિધામાં આવતા દર્દીઓ માટે વર્ષ 2016 માં માનસિક અને શારીરિક વિકલાંગ સાથે જન્મ લેતા બાળકોને ડીઆઇસી થેરાપી સેન્ટર શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. 2016 થી શરૂ કરવામાં આવેલા આ સેન્ટરમાં અત્યાર સુધીમાં 56794 બાળકો એ સારવાર લીધી છે. તેમાંથી ઘણા બાળકો સારા થઈ ને પણ ગયા છે.

આ અંગે સેન્ટરનાં ડો.હર્શિતા એ કહ્યું કે, આ સેન્ટર 2016 માં શરૂ થયું હતું. આ સેન્ટરમાં એવા બાળકો આવે છે, જે માનસિક રીતે વિકલાંગ હોય છે. તો કોઈ બાળકો શારીરિક રીતે ચાલી નથી શકતા એવા બાળકોને ટ્રીટમેન્ટ આપવામાં આવે છે. આવા બાળકો માટે અમે પ્રથમ વખત આ સેન્ટરમાં કૃત્રિમ ગાર્ડન બનાવ્યો છે. આ ગાર્ડન બનાવવાનું ખાસ કારણ એ છે કે, આ બાળકો અમે અલગ અલગ એકટીવીટી તો કરાવીએ જ છે, પરંતુ ગાર્ડનમાં અમે જે સાધનો મૂક્યા છે જે કલાઈમ્બિંગ બધું જ મૂક્યું છે, બાળકોને અમે જ્યારે હીંચકો ખવડાવીએ ત્યારે તેઓના કાનમાં એક ફ્લડ વહેતું હોય છે. એક પાણી જેવું પ્રવાહી જે દરેકના કાનમાં હોય છે. હીંચકા ખાતી વખતે તેઓનું માઈન્ડ એ રીતે સ્વિંગ થાય છે. અને તેઓનો માનસિક અને શારીરિક વિકાસ થાય છે.

બીજો ઉદ્દેશ્ય એ છે કે, આવા બાળકો પબ્લિક ગાર્ડનમાં નથી જઈ શકતા. નોર્મલ બાળકો સાથે નથી રમી શકતા. નાના બાળકો સારવાર દરમિયાન ડોક્ટરથી અને હોસ્પિટલથી ડરતા હોય છે. અહીંયા બાળકો ડર વગર રમતા રમતા સારવાર કરાવે છે અને એક બાળક જોઈને બીજો બાળક પણ રમતા રમતા સારવાર કરાવે છે. જેને લઇને સારવાર સાથે બાળકો અનોખું વાતાવરણ મળે છે.



ઘણા બાળકો અહી  સાજા થઈ ને જાય છે. ઘણા માતા પિતા તો આશા પણ છોડી દેતા હોય છે. એવા બાળકો પણ સારા થઈ જાય છે. હાલમાં જ એક માતાપિતા પોતાના બાળકને લઈને છેલ્લા 4 વર્ષથી આવતા હતા. તેઓએ આશા પણ છોડી દીધી હતી. પરંતુ અમે તેની સારવાર અને થેરાપી ચાલુ રાખી હતી અને આજે તે બાળક સાજુ થઈ ગયું છે.

નવી સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલમાં માનસિક અને શારીરિક વિકલાંગ બાળકો માટે શરૂ કરાયો કૃત્રિમ ગાર્ડન 

જામનગર: એક તરફ આજે હરીફાઈના યુગમાં વ્યક્તિને બીજા વ્યક્તિ માટે સમય નથી, માણસ મોંઘવારીમાં ઘરનું ગુજરાન ચલાવવા માટે મથતો હોય, જો કે સમાજમાં હજુ પણ કેટલાક લોકો એવા છે, જે નિસ્વાર્થ ભાવે અન્ય વ્યક્તિની મદદ કરવા તૈયાર હોય છે. જેમાં પણ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને હાલરની ભૂમિ એ અન્ય લોકોને પરોપકારના પાઠ શીખવ્યા છે.



ત્યારે કેટલાક લોકોની એવી માન્યતા હોય છે કે, પૈસા ટકે સુખી થયા પછી સમાજ સેવા કરતા હોય છે. પરંતુ જામનગરના એક વ્યક્તિ એવા છે જેઓ રીક્ષા ચલાવી ગુજરાન ચલાવે છે પરંતુ તેમનો સ્વભાવ લોકોની સેવાનો હોવાથી તે ગરમીમાં તરસ્યા લોકોને પાણી પીવડાવે છે.

જળ સેવા એજ પ્રભુ સેવા માની પરોપકારના ભાવ સાથે જામનગરનો રીક્ષા ચાલક અનોખી જલ સેવા કરી રહ્યો છે. હિરેન કાંતિલાલ પાલા નામનો 36 વર્ષીય યુવાન રીક્ષા ચલાવી પોતાનું ગુજરાન ચલાવે છે. આ દરમિયાન તે માનવ સેવાના ભાવ સાથે કાળઝાળ ગરમીમાં ઠંડા પાણીના જગ રિક્ષામાં ભરીને નિસ્વાર્થ ભાવે લોકોને પાણી પીવડાવે છે. તે જામનગરના ટાઉનહોલ, એસટી બસ સ્ટેન્ડ, જીજી હોસ્પિટલ, ગુજરી બજાર, સહિતના નાના મોટા વિસ્તારોમાં રીક્ષા ચલાવે છે.



હિરેનભાઈ છેલ્લા 4થી 5 વર્ષથી આ સેવા આપી રહ્યા છે

હિરેનભાઈ જામનગરમાં છેલ્લા 4થી 5 વર્ષથી આ સેવા આપી રહ્યા છે. ખાસ વાત તો એ છે કે, હિરેનભાઈની આ સેવાને લઈને પાણીના પ્લાન્ટ વાળા વેપારીઓ પણ તેમની પાસેથી પાણીના જગનો એક પણ રૂપિયો લેતા નથી. જે હાલારની ધરતીની સેવામાં મદદરૂપ થવાની ઉજળી પરંપરા છે.



હિરેનભાઈ એ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, જ્યારે રીક્ષામાં કોઈ પેસેન્જર ન મળતા ખાલી ફેરો કરવો પડે છે. આ ઉપરાંત જો મને પાન માવાનું વ્યસન હોય તો દિવસના 100થી 150 રૂપિયાનો ખર્ચ આવી શકે છે. ત્યારે એવું માનીને મને આ સેવાનો વિચાર આવ્યો અને પરંતુ બાદમાં શહેરીજનોનો સહકાર મળતો ગયો અને આજે હજારો લોકોની તરસ છપાવવામાં હું નિમિત્ત બન્યો છું.

 લગ્ન પછી પત્નીની પહેલી જવાબદારી પતિ હોય છે. જીવનને સરળ અને સહજ અને મધુર ચલાવવા માટે દરેક વ્યક્તિ હંમેશા સમજદારીથી કામ લેવું જોઈએ. મહાન નીતિકાર આચાર્ય ચાણાક્યએ પણ માનવજીવન સાથે જોડાયેલી ઘણી વાતો જણાવી છે, જે વ્યક્તિનું યોગ્ય માર્ગદર્શન કરે છે. ચાણક્ય નીતિમાં વ્યવસાય, દામ્પત્ય જીવન, પૈસા અને સ્વાસ્થ્ય સાથે જોડાયેલી જાણકારી આપી છે. આચાર્ય ચાણક્ય એ મહિલાઓ અંગે પણ જણાવ્યું છે, જે પોતાના પતિ પાસેથી ક્યારેય સંતુષ્ટ થતી નથી.

 મહિલાઓને વાત કરવાની આદત વધુ હોય છે. તેઓ આખો દિવસ કંઈક ને કંઈક વાત કરતી રહે છે. તેઓ માત્ર એટલું જ ઈચ્છે છે કે તેનો પતિ પણ તેની સાથે વાત કરી શકે. જો પતિ તેની સાથે ખૂબ વાત કરે તો તે ખુશ થાય છે, પરંતુ જો પતિ ઓછી વાત કરે તો તે અસંતુષ્ટ થઈ જાય છે. જો મહિલાઓને શાંત સ્વભાવના પતિ મળે તો તેઓ તેમનાથી વધુ ખુશ નથી હોતી. ઘણી વખત ઓછી વાતને કારણે તેમના સંબંધોમાં તિરાડ આવી જાય છે. જ્યારે સ્ત્રી ઓછુ બોલે છે અથવા શાંત રહે છે, ત્યારે તે ઈચ્છે છે કે પતિ તેની સાથે વાત કરે.

 કેટલીક સ્ત્રીઓનો સ્વભાવ ઘણીવાર ગુસ્સાવાળો હોય છે. આવી મહિલાઓ પોતાના પતિથી અસંતુષ્ટ રહે છે. તેઓ દરેક નાની-નાની વાત પર ઝઘડવા લાગે છે. પરિણામ એ આવે છે કે સંબંધોમાં તિરાડ પડવા લાગે છે. જો પત્ની ગુસ્સામાં હોય તો પતિની સામે એ વાત લેવી જોઈએ કે ભૂકંપ આવવાનો છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં પતિ ગમે તેટલી કોશિશ કરે, પત્ની રાજી થતી નથી.

 લગ્ન પછી પત્નીની પહેલી જવાબદારી પતિની સંભાળ લેવાની હોય છે. તેના માટે પતિ ભગવાન છે. પરંતુ કેટલીક મહિલાઓ માત્ર પોતાના વિશે જ વિચારે છે અને માત્ર પોતાનો ફાયદો જ જુએ છે. આવી સ્ત્રીઓ તેમના પતિથી સંતુષ્ટ નથી હોતી, કારણ કે દરેક જગ્યાએ તેમને ફક્ત પોતાની જ ચિંતા હોય છે. તેની અસર તેમના સંબંધો પર પણ પડે છે.

 લગ્ન પછી મહિલાઓ પોતાના પતિ પર આંધળો વિશ્વાસ કરે છે. જો તેના વિશ્વાસને એક વાર ઠેસ પહોંચે છે, તો તે ફરીથી વિશ્વાસ કરી શકતી નથી. સંબંધમાં દગો કરનારા પુરૂષોથી મહિલાઓ સંતુષ્ટ નથી હોતી. દરેક વખતે તેના મનમાં તેના પતિ વિશે પ્રશ્નો આવતા રહે છે, જેના કારણે સંબંધોમાં શંકાઓ ઉભી થાય છે. એટલા માટે પતિ-પત્નીએ હંમેશા પોતાના સંબંધોમાં વિશ્વાસ રાખવો જોઈએ.

 શેરબજારમાં રોકાણકારોને શેરમાં રોકાણ કર્યા બાદ રિટર્ન સિવાય અન્ય ઘણી રીતે આવક મળે છે. સામાન્ય રીતે કંપનીઓ ત્રિમાસિક ગાળાના પોતાના પરિણામો દરમિયાન કોર્પોરેટ્સની જાહેરાત કરે છે. તેમાં બોનસ શેર, સ્ટોક સ્પ્લિટ અને ડિવિડન્ડની જાહેરાતનો સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવતો હોય છે. ડિવિડન્ડમાં કંપનીઓ વચગાળાનું ડિવિડન્ડ કે સ્પેશિયલ ડિવિડન્ડ આપે છે. ડિવિડન્ડ ચૂકવનાર કંપનીઓની યાદીમાં એક કંપની પોતાના શેરની કિંમત કરતાં 7 ગણું ડિવિડન્ડ ચૂકવી રહી છે.

 આ કંપની છે તાપરિયા ટૂલ્સ લિમિટેડ કંપની. તમને સાંભળીને કદાચ નવાઈ લાગે પણ આ હકીકત છે. કંપનીના શેરની કિંમત રૂ. 11 ની આસપાસ છે અને તે રોકાણકારોને રૂ. 77નું વચગાળાનું ડિવિડન્ડ ચૂકવી રહી છે. 10મી માર્ચે ટ્રેડિંગ શરૂ થતાં જ આ શેરમાં અપર સર્કિટ લાગી હતી.

 ટપરિયા ટૂલ્સે FY2023 માટે રોકાણકારોને રૂ. 77.5 પ્રતિ ઇક્વિટી શેરનું વચગાળાનું ડિવિડન્ડ જાહેર કર્યું છે. કંપનીના શેરની ફેસ વેલ્યુ રૂ.10 છે. આ રીતે, રોકાણકારોને વચગાળાના ડિવિડન્ડથી 775 ટકા આવક મળશે. BSE પર કંપનીનું માર્કેટ કેપ માત્ર રૂ. 3.51 કરોડ છે. કંપની હેન્ડ ટૂલ્સના ઉત્પાદનમાં રોકાયેલી છે.

 કંપની પોતાના રોકાણકારોને સતત ડિવિડન્ડ ચૂકવતી આવી છે. ડિસેમ્બર 2021 થી અત્યાર સુધી તે રૂ. 250 નું ડિવિડન્ડ આપી ચૂક્યું છે. અગાઉ કંપની રૂ. 2-3 નું ડિવિડન્ડ આપતી હતી. જો આપણે ડિવિડન્ડ ટ્રેક પર નજર કરીએ તો, કંપનીએ ડિસેમ્બર 2021માં રૂ. 70, ફેબ્રુઆરી 2022માં રૂ. 50, જુલાઈ 2022માં રૂ. 52.5 અને માર્ચ 2023માં રૂ. 77.5નું ડિવિડન્ડ આપ્યું હતું. આ રીતે, લગભગ 1.5 વર્ષમાં, કંપનીએ રૂ. 250 નું ડિવિડન્ડ આપ્યું છે.

 જો કંપનીની ફાઇનાન્સ પર નજર કરીએ તો નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2019માં કંપનીની આવક 471 કરોડ હતી, નફો 24 કરોડ હતો. નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2019માં 472 કરોડની આવક અને 31 કરોડનો નફો થયો, નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2020માં 536 કરોડની આવક અને 48 કરોડનો નફો થયો. ઉપરાંત, કંપનીનો રોકડ પ્રવાહ 4.5 કરોડથી વધીને 19.5 કરોડ થયો છે, જેના કારણે કંપનીએ તેના ડિવિડન્ડમાં વધારો કર્યો છે. આ કંપનીમાં પ્રમોટરનું હોલ્ડિંગ લગભગ 70% છે, બાકીનું હોલ્ડિંગ જાહેરમાં છે, આ કંપનીમાં કોઈ સંસ્થાકીય રોકાણકાર નથી.

પોરબંદરમાં અનેક સેવાકીય કાર્ય કરતી સંસ્થા પાયોનીયર ક્લબની મહિલા વિંગ દ્વારા મહિલાઓ અને બાળકો માટે વિવિધ હરિફાઈનું આયોજન સમાયંતરે કરવામાં આવે છે. હાલ ઉનાળાની ઋતુને ધ્યાને રાખી અને આ સંસ્થા દ્વારા ઠંડાઇની હરિફાઈનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું જેમાં 21 જેટલી મહિલાઓ એ ઉત્સાહભેર ભાગ લીધો હતો અને વિવિધ પ્રકારના ઠંડા પીણા બનાવ્યા હતા.



પોતાના ઘરેથી તૈયાર કરી અને ઠંડા પીણા મહિલાઓ લાવી હતી મહિલાઓમાં રહેલી આંતરિક શક્તિ બહાર આવે તેવા આશયથી આ સ્પર્ધાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. હાલ ઉનાળાના સમયમાં બહારના ઠંડા પીણાને બદલે પરિવારજનો ઘરે બનાવેલા ઠંડા પીણા પીવે તે માટે મહિલાઓ ઘરે જ વિવિધ પ્રકારના ઠંડા પીણા બનાવે છે. આ અન્ય લોકો પણ વિવિધ પ્રકારના ઠંડા પીણા બનાવી શકે તે માટે આ સ્પર્ધાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.



કાચી કેરી અને શક્કરટેટીના શરબત બનાવ્યા

પોરબંદરમાં પાયોનીયર ક્લબ લેડીઝ વિંગ દ્વારા આયોજીત ઠંડાઇની હરીફાઇનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું જેમાં 21 મહિલાઓ એ ભાગ લીધો હતો જેમાં મહિલાઓ દ્વારા કાચી કેરી, શક્કરટેટી, સરગવો, તકમરીયા હર્બલ સહિતના વિવિધ પ્રકારના શરબત તૈયાર કર્યા હતા તેમ સંસ્થાના સભ્ય પાયલબેન કોટેચા એ જણાવ્યું હતું.



 મહિલાઓને ઇનામ આપી પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવામાં આવી

પોરબંદરમા પાયોનીયર ક્લબ લેડીઝ વિંગ દ્વારા આયોજીત ઠંડાઇની હરીફાઇમાં બહેનો એ ઉત્સાહભેર ભાગ લીધો હતો અને વિવિધ પ્રકારના ઠંડા પીણા તૈયાર કર્યા હતા. આ સ્પર્ધામાં વિજેતા એક થી ત્રણ નંબરના બહેનોને ઈનામ આપીને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા તેમજ સ્પર્ધામાં ભાગ લેનાર તમામ બહેનોને પણ પ્રોત્સાહિત ઇનામ આપી સન્માનિત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
