 પાચન સુધરે : આયુર્વેદ અનુસાર જમ્યા પછી ચાલવું અગ્નિ અથવા પાચન અગ્નિને ઉત્તેજિત કરવામાં મદદ કરે છે. આ યોગ્ય ભોજન પાચન અને પોષક તત્વોના અવશોષણની સુવિધા આપે છે. તે ભોજનને પાચન તંત્રના માધ્યમથી વધુ ઝડપથી પ્રવાહિત કરવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે છે, જેનાથી અપચો, સોજો અને દુખાવાની સંભવના ઓછી થઇ જાય છે.

 સ્ટ્રેસ ઓછો થશે: ચાલવું એક હળવો વ્યાયામ છે જે આ બંને લક્ષ્યોમાં મદદ કરી શકે છે. એંડોર્ફિન, સ્વાભાવિક રૂપે વધારે છે. એંડોર્ફિનને પીડા નિવારક હોર્મોનના નામે પણ ઓળખવામાં આવે છે. તેનું ઉત્પાદન પિટ્યુટરી ગ્લેંડ અને શરીરના અન્ય હિસ્સાઓમાં થાય છે. એવી ઘણી વસ્તુઓ છે જે આ હેપ્પી હોર્મોનને વધારવામાં મદદ કરી શકે છે. તેનાથી તણાવ પણ ઓછો થાય છે.

The traditional 'Halwa ceremony' was on Thursday (January 26) held in the North Block, marking the final stage of the Budget preparation process for the Union Budget 2023-24. The ceremony was held in the presence of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Union Ministers of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary and Bhagwat Kisanrao Karad.

Ahead of Budget 2023, the economic survey will also be tabled on Tuesday, January 31. The Economic Survey of India broadly covers the state of the Indian economy, fiscal developments and monetary management, and external sectors.

Union Budget 2023-24, which will be presented on February 1 by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, will be delivered in paperless form, like the previous two Budgets, the finance ministry said on Wednesday. The Budget 2023 documents will be available on mobile apps.
